This Privacy Policy describes how Color Flood ("the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile game. By using Color Flood you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Information we collect

Color Flood is designed to be playable with no account and minimal data collection.

• Game data stored on your device: settings, best scores, star counts, daily streaks, and purchase status are saved locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
• Advertising data: we use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure ads. See Google's policies below.
• Analytics & crash data (optional): with your consent we may use aggregated analytics and crash reporting to understand performance and fix issues. This data does not identify you personally.
• Leaderboards & achievements: if you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, those services handle your identity and scores under their own privacy policies.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, or precise location.

2. How we use information

• To save your progress, scores, and preferences on your device.
• To display advertising and offer optional in-app purchases.
• To measure performance, diagnose crashes, and improve the game.
• To show leaderboards and award achievements when you opt in.

3. Advertising & consent

We use Google AdMob to serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Where required by law (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK), we present a consent prompt before serving personalized ads, and you may choose non-personalized ads. 4. In-app purchases

Purchases (such as "Remove Ads" and theme packs) are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Those platforms handle billing under their own privacy policies.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information is only shared with the third-party services that make the game work — Google AdMob, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games, and the relevant app store for purchases — each acting under their own privacy policies.

6. Children's privacy

Color Flood is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your choices

• Adjust or withdraw ad consent from within the app's settings where applicable.
• Reset your advertising identifier in your device's system settings.
• Clear local game data by uninstalling the app.
• Opt out of leaderboards by not signing in to Game Center / Play Games.

8. Data retention & security

Game progress remains on your device until you delete the app. We take reasonable measures to protect any data processed through the third-party services we use, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
