Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Color Flood mobile game ("the app") provided by GNM Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Color Flood on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app except as permitted by law.
• Use cheats, automation, or exploits to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or achievements.
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

3. In-app purchases

The app offers optional in-app purchases, including a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase and cosmetic theme packs. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases are non-refundable. Non-consumable purchases can be restored on the same store account.

4. Advertising

The free version of the app displays advertising provided by third parties. Rewarded ads are always optional and player-initiated. By using the app you acknowledge that ads may be shown unless you have purchased "Remove Ads".

5. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, code, graphics, and "Color Flood" name and logo, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6. Third-party services

The app integrates third-party services such as Google AdMob, Apple Game Center, and Google Play Games. Your use of those features is also subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
